Old Rondo Cemetery

Directions: Near Rondo United Methodist Church

The tiny town of Rondo became the repository of some state records in 1864 when Union troops threatened Washington, which was serving as the Confederate capital at the time. Later, more than 80 soldiers were buried in this historic cemetery after a measles epidemic.
