Summit Motorsports Park
See 300 mph race cars! Summit Motorsports Park (formerly Norwalk Raceway) is one of the nation?s premier NHRA drag strips, and hosts more than 90 racing events/year. The family-owned track is known for family entertainment, excellent customer service and famous dollar-a-pound ice cream. Located 2 miles east of Norwalk just minutes south of Exit 118 (U.S. 250) off Interstate 80, at the intersections of State Routes 18 and 601.
Some of the largest events include the nationally-televised Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals, the Night Under Fire featuring John Force and a $100,000 fireworks display, and the K&N Filters Halloween Classic. Wednesday night youth bracket racing programs, Friday night Test n' Tune, different programs each weekend. Call ahead at (419) 668-5555.
