Sundome Center for the Performing Arts

The Sundome Center for the Performing Arts is the University of Arizona’s cultural magnet for the West Valley. It is the nations’ largest single-level theater seating more than 7,000 people. It is acclaimed by audiences and performers alike for its lighting and acoustics. Throughout the year, it features the country’s biggest stars and popular stage productions. The annual program has included the entertainers such as Julio Iglesias, Roger Whittaker, Shirley Jones, Mark Russell, Bobby Vinton, Bob Newhart, Chet Atkins and numerous others.

It is the home of the West Valley Symphony with a regular schedule of concerts and guest artists. Each November, the Sundome sells out for multiple performances of a Variety Show featuring local talent. It is a night that rivals any Branson show!
