Texas Baptist Historical Center & Museum

Organized in 1839, this park is an integral part of one of Texas’ most historic sites. The original site of Baylor University for men and women was founded through the church in 1845. Sam Houston was converted and baptized in this church in 1854. These are only a few historic facts and sites that you can explore when you visit.
