The National Congenital Heart Defect Awareness 6th Annual Quilt Show

Date: Saturday, July 14, 2007

Time: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Location: Wesley United Methodist Church, 503 N. High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia

Admission: No admission fee is charged, however donations will be accepted to benefit the National CHD Awareness Quilt Project (a non-profit organization).

In addition to the approximately 30 quilts, there will be a heart-filled raffle quilt walk hanging, bake sale, CHD theme shirts, pins, and other events to be announced.

This years event is being held in memory of Ian Patrick Stroupe. Ian passed away on March 10, 2006 from a CHD called “Teratology of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia.”

The Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Quilt Project was created to promote greater public awareness of CHD, while honoring the strength, courage, and commitment of all those born with a CHD and their families.
