Washington County State Lake

Washington State Lake is Located 7 miles North and 3 miles West of Washington. The 111-acre lake is surrounded by 352 acres of public hunting land which harbors quail, pheasant, doves, squirrels, rabbits, white-tailed deer, beaver, muskrats, raccoons, coyotes, bobcats, and numerous nongame birds and animals. Migrating waterfowl are observed in the spring and fall. You will find this a quiet, beautiful spot to picnic, camp, fish, or hunt.
