West Virginia Public Theatre – Funny Girl

Reigning Zeigfeld star Fanny Brice sits in her dressing room waiting for her husband Nick, who will be coming home after serving a prison sentence. Waiting to make a decision on their future, she thinks back to he past. From the stage of an awkward teenager, determined to succeed in theatre, to being coached by a vaudeville hoofer until her break-through performance, Fanny recounts her exciting ascent to a Ziegfeld star and her pursuit of love and happiness.
