West Virginia Public Theatre – Sweet Charity

Charity Hope Valentine is one of a kind- an eternal optimist and the unluckiest romantic in New York City. Constantly pinning all her hopes and dreams on one man after another, Charity finds herself dumped first by a married man, then by an Italian movie star. Fate soon finds her trapped in an elevator with a claustrophobic tax accountant, who sweeps her off her feet. But will he want to marry her when he discovers she works at the Fan-Dango dance hall?
