WV Turkey Festival

October 26 & 27, 2007

The WV Turkey Festival started in 1955 to honor the many turkey farmers in the Lost River Valley and as a fund raiser for the Mathias Ruritan Club.

Free admission.

October 26, 2007 – Jr. Beauty & Corn Maze @ 7:30pm.

October 27, 2007 – Craft & Classic Car Cruise In @ 10:30am; Turkey shoot from 4pm – 7pm; Ham & Turkey dinner @ 7:30pm; Beauty Pageant & Corn Maze @ 7:30pm.

Located in the historic Lost River Valley of Hardy county, Mathias is located on Route 259, 13 miles south of Corridor H at Baker Exit, and 24 miles north of Broadway, VA.
