4th of July Jubilee

Come and join the fun! The City of Arcata celebrates the 4th of July with an old-fashioned community celebration. The Arcata Plaza comes alive for Independence Day with live music, food booths, arts and crafts, and a special area for small childrens’ activities.

Events and Festivities: Live music and entertainment all day – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Arts and Crafts vendors, Community information, Exhibits, Great food from local vendors, Annual Katherine McCaughey 4th of July 5K Run/Walk at the Arcata Marsh starts at 9:30 a.m.

Children’s Activities: Bring your baseballs for Humboldt Crabs players to autograph, Fire truck rides, Magician, Arts and Crafts, Games, Balloon animal maker, Kid’s Area.
