American Village Grand Opening of the Southern Living Showcase House

Braswell President’s House, patterned after the country’s first presidential residence (1790-1800). The third such Showcase house ever built in Southern Living’s history draws upon historical design, serving as a unique example of how such architecture can be the basis for today’s family home.
