Annual Art in the Park

Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend at Art in the Park, a competitive juried fine arts show for artists across the southeast. Over 125 artists showcase their talents while providing unique cultural experiences and shopping opportunities. Artists and craftsmen compete for thousands of dollars in award money while shoppers chose from pottery, crafts, jewelry, photography, glass, paintings and numerous original works of art. Awards are presented based on independent judges’ decisions at a picnic/supper reception at the Art Center on Saturday evening. Acceptance as a festival vendor has become a very competitive process ensuring that the wares presented are high quality.
