Annual Colonial Isle Daphine

Feb
14

A living history weekend exploring life on the Gulf Coast before the Fort was built. Re-enactors in pre-1840 dress bring the Fort to life. Soldiers will be at hand to demonstrate soldier life of this time period. They will do drilling and fire the cannon. Visit with settlers and their families. Women are cooking over an open hearth, traders are sitting by their blankets.
Our resident Blacksmith will demonstrate his craft in the Fort’s original Blacksmith Shop.
