What better way to celebrate America’s independence than with free live music by the Tidewater Drive Band and a spectacular fireworks show on the northern Outer Banks! The Annual Independence Day Celebration in Corolla offers an afternoon of fun family activities. The event features food vendors, a cornhole tournament, watermelon eating contest, and children’s games. Admission and parking are free; event starts at 12:00 p.m. with children’s games, activities, and food vendors, music starts at 5:00 pm with a fireworks display at dusk. Sponsored by Currituck Outer Banks Travel & Tourism.
