Annual Malta Mother’s Day Flea Market

For almost 30 years the Malta Flea Market has been a Mother’s Day fixture along 4th street facing the Muskingum River in Malta, Ohio. In addition to numerous vendors, the event features a variety of local food favorites, including the annual VFW Fish Fry, homemade ice cream and sarsparilla, evening bingo, competitive horseshoe pitching, and always a crowd pleaser,the kiddie tractor pull.

Musical entertainment is ongoing throughout the three days and vendor booths are open from 10:00am to dark Friday & Saturday and from 10:00 am to 3:00pm on Sunday. Access to the event can easily be done by car, on foot or by boat along the Muskingum River Water trail. Free docking facilities are available at the flea market site.
