Annual Water Tower Festival

FIRST FULL WEEKEND – The annual Water Tower Festival celebrates and supports the National Historic Wooden Water Tower in Beaumont, Kansas, the only one of its kind in the nation. Festivities begin on Friday evening at 7:00 PM with an ALL YOU CAN EAT CATFISH DINNER at the Beaumont Hotel, where you can also choose from a complete menu of other items. Follow with wine tasting, karaoke entertainment, and street dance to a live band.

Saturday: An entire day of family fun includes: All Day Happenings:

Air-plane fly in * Arts and Craft Booths * Parade * Auction * Railroad Hand Pump Car Rides * Car Show * Motorcycle Show & Games ( Hosted by Christian Motorcycle Assn.) * Bar-B-Q and a complete Menu ( 50’s Diner and Beaumont Historic Hotel ) * Corn on the Cob ( Vendor)

Special Entertainment:

Elvis Lives On ! Hear the Kings classic works performed by Bryan Clark Karaoke — For fun and contest ( Prize I POD) – $20.00 entry fee
Open Mike, Jeziree’s Mid-Eastern Dancers

All Veterans Ceremony:

American Legion Post 189 and Veterans of the Foreign Wars, Augusta Soloist * Patriot Guard Speaker ( Past-Present-Future ) * Bagpiper

Games and Fun:

Gunny Sack Race * Three Legged Race * Wheel-barrow Race * Hop Scotch * Pancake Race ( bring own skillet) $ 3.00 entry fee * Cow Chip Throw – $ 3.00 entry fee * Horse Shoe Pitching * Kids Clown Costume Contest * Much More
