Art Affair on Kemp Square is an annual art festival on the fenced tree shaded grounds of the Kemp Center for the Arts. The Kemp is a landmark historic building (C.1917) centered on a downtown city block that underwent a $2.6 million renovation and opened in March of 2002.
Exhibition space at this festival is now available to regional artists.
