Part of the ASC Kids’ Club Series sponsored by Jane Stephens Comer. Recommended for children ages 5-12. Nathifa Dance Company will entertain and educate kids about the traditional songs, dances and music of Mali, Congo, Guinea and Senegal, West Africa. This soulful presentation makes the connection between West African song and dance and the joyous rhythms of African-American dance and drumming.
