Austin Marathon (formerly the Freescale Marathon) is the 15th largest marathon in the country, and it draws nearly 10,000 runners to Austin. USATF-certified and sanctioned, the point-to-point course begins in northwest Austin, continues south through downtown toward the Colorado River (aka Town Lake), wraps around the lake and finishes on Auditorium Shores. Boston qualifier.
