Auto Tour at Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge

Aug
22

The refuge offers an auto tour, weather permitting. Travel seven miles through normally closed areas of the refuge. Begin at the visitor parking lot where you pick up the auto tour guide. Travel the route at your own pace. The gate is open from 9 am-4pm. The exit gate closes at 5:30 pm. The refuge office and bookstore are open, so feel free to stop in and ask about any recent bird sightings.
