Enjoy the animated and fixed colored lighting displays on and near Ohio River (National) Scenic Byway in five city parks featuring the world's largest Christmas Carousel, animals, sea creatures, nursery rhymes, action scenes and hundreds of other unique pieces of lighting art. This festival attracts over 100,000 yearly. Free admission, but donations appreciated.
