Carrie Ingalls Swanzey (sister of Laura Ingalls Wilder) was born on Aug. 3. She came to Keystone in 1911 to work on the local newspaper, married, adn spent 34 years here. Local ladies dress in period costume. Refreshments will be served. Childrens crafts and scavenger hunt.
