Cave Lake

Cave Lake is nestled in Ohio's Appalachian forest in Pike County, ideal for weekend, weekday, and summer-long family camping fun. Promoting an alcohol, drug and tobacco-free experience with spacious tent and trailer sites on a 700 acre forested property. Electric and water hookup and primitive sites available with hot showers, restroom facilities, laundry room, and bath house.

Other fun offered is basketball, horseshoe pitching, hiking and a children's play area. Site caters to youth groups, scout troops, school organizations and church groups. Shelter houses, picnic tables and fire rings, a 42-acre lake for swimming, fishing and canoe and boat rental is available, or bring your own. Join us for family togetherness, and relaxation in a natural setting. Four cabins are also available with refrigerator and AC. Each cabin sleeps four people. Cave Lake is owned and operated by the Ohio-West Virginia YMCA.
