Join downtown Delaware in celebrating the last first Friday of the year. ?We will be holding our annual tree lighting on the Brow Jug’s Greenspace and serving hot chocolate. ?There will be carolers singing up and down the lumainary lit streets, and Santa will paying us visit. ?
