Edison’s Annual Family Fall Spectacular

The Township of Edison is holding its Annual Fall Family Spectacular Street Fair & Festival. This event was moved from Lake Papaianni Park back to the Clara Barton Section of Edison on Amboy Avenue last year. The hours of the Street Fair are 11am-11pm. The street will be transformed into a giant town block party. There is a special section brimming with all kinds of fun stuff to do. There will be mechanical kiddie rides, climbing wall, pony rides, petting zoo, clown, face painting, sand art, temporary tattoos & so much more! There will be live entertainment all day long featuring bands, dancers, karate demonstrations and more.
This event brings the whole community together. Many of the local merchants and businesses will showcase their shops and offer their special sales. Everyone will surely enjoy the open air cafes along the street fair route offering a wide selection of delicious foods such as hot dogs, ice cream, chicken fingers, zeppoles, shish ka bobs, fresh squeezed lemonade, Italian Ices, french fries, hamburgers, sausage and pepper sandwiches, cheesesteaks, roasted corn and much more.
There will be attractions for everyone. For your shopping pleasure JC Promotions, Inc. promoter of the street fair will feature many creative crafters with hand crafted works and merchandise dealers offering lots of great bargains and unique items for all.
Any local civic group or merchant is invited to participate in this event. This is an opportunity for local businesses and groups to promote their establishments or organization.
The Township of Edison And Edison Recreation is expecting this return to Amboy Ave. to be bigger and better than ever. It is going to attract thousands of people from the community and other neighboring towns.
