Bring the family for an autumn evening of fun and education. This free event features about 12 educational activity and game stations set up within all three exhibit galleries of the Powerhouse Museum. Fall Rocks is mostly designed to appeal to elementary-aged children and all activities relate to mineral resources, mining and personal recreational safety. Interpretive staff will be available to answer questions about mining and minerals in the Old Lead Belt. Refreshments will be served. This event is co-sponsored by The Doe Run Company. 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
