Commemorates Mexico’s independence from Spain, also known as Diez y Seis de Septiembre. Free festival includes authentic Mexican mariachi, ballet folklorico dancers, Fiestas Patrias queen coronation, food, contests and more. Hours are noon to 6 p.m.
