Gridley Days

Street dance, barrel racing, gymkhana, pancake breakfast, parade, Chautauqua presentations. Party celebrates Reuel Gridley’s efforts to raise money for the Sanitary Commission, the forerunner of the American Red Cross, in 1864.

The barrel race is sanctioned by the American West the series is a combined effort between the Austin Roping Club, Smokey Valley Barrel Racing Association and Eureka Barrel Racing. The concession stand open Saturday and Sunday. We plan on serving breakfast burritos Sunday morning.
