Halloween Parade & Trick or Treat

The annual Halloween steps off at the Budd School and makes its way down Main Street ending up at the Street Fair building on North Water Street. Line up at 3:30 by Budd School Auditorium on South Wood Street. Parade steps off at 4:00. 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm.

Costume Judging at the Fair Event Center on North Water Street directly after the parade.

Downtown Business Trick-or-Treat: 5:00–6:00.

Residential area Trick-or-Treat: 6:00–7:00.
