Holmes County Rails to Trails Benefit Auction & Road Apple 5-K

The Holmes County Rails to Trails Benefit Auction and Road Apple 5K is a fun-filled day full of activities for the family. Bring your horses, bikes, rollerblades, walking stick or pets for a stroll down the new portion of the Holmes County trail from Millersburg to Killbuck or ride the entire 14.75 mile trail from Fredericksburg to Killbuck. If you just want to visit the area, spend the day at the at the benefit auction hosted by Amish families who rely on the trail for safe transportation. Holmes Counties’ finest crafts, authentic quilts, furniture, baked goods, homemade ice cream, and chicken BBQ are part of the day’s events, along with some good old home town hospitality. All the funds raised for the event go towards the coninued development of the 29-mile Rail-Trail in Holmes County and is a volunteer based event.
