It’s Tapping Time!

Mar

Do you ever wonder where maple syrup comes from? You can find out at the Harriet Alexander Nature Center’s annual “It’s Tapping Time!” event. Join us on either Saturday or Sunday; drop-in when you want and stay as long as you wish.

Saturday, 10am-4pm
Sunday, 12-4pm

Volunteers will tap maple trees, collect sap and boil it to make delicious maple syrup. Learn about traditional syruping methods, enjoy Native American stories, and taste maple treats. No charge for this sweet family outing!
