Borderline Chiliheads present the Annual Judge Isaac C. Parker Memorial Chili Cookoff, Mid-South Regional Open and Arkansas State Open Barbeque Championship. Proceeds benefit The Boys Shelter of Fort Smith. Fri. 8 a.m. – midnight, Sat. 8 a.m. – afternoon
Friday night entertainment 7 p.m. – Midnight. Open to the Public. $5 Admission goes to the Boy’s Shelter.
