Special Guests include ?letfa Hungarian Folk Band and the Cs?rd?ng?l? Folk Dance Ensemble from New Brunswick. If you haven?t heard this band, you?re in for a novel experience! Not only does it play the traditional Hungarian gypsy and Balkans music, but the ensemble of cimbalom, violins, trumpet, guitar, bass, double bass and vocals also ventures into Jazz and Bossa Nova rhythms. The concert cimbalom is comparable in pitch range to a small piano though with more strings. It is fully chromatic, has a range of four full octaves, and is normally played with beaters.
