Lazy D Farm-Sheep to Shawl 2016

Lazy D Farm in Ball Ground will present its 11th annual Sheep To Shawl next month.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 9, 2016. Sheep shearing begins at 10:30 a.m.
Come have ole fashion fun with members of the Appalachian Heritage Guild’s demonstrations including: , butter churning, pottery, wood carving, quilting, tatting, old fashion laundry, sewing, weaving, spinning and processing wool, chair caning and more.
There will be a honey bee demonstration with local honey available for purchase.
LIVE Music!
Lunch will be available for purchase and Boy Scout Troop 465 will be cooking homemade peach cobblers in Dutch ovens. Cost for attendees ages 3 & up is $5 per person. The event will be fun for the whole family.
