Mardi Gras Festival

Jan
31

Hundreds of local revelers are expected to line the streets of Historic Downtown Chandler donning beads, masks and costumes for the Cajun style celebration, scheduled from 6 pm to 11:30 pm.

Historic Downtown Chandler will be teeming with activities all day — from a parade and street festival to Cajun cook-offs, arts & crafts, gourmet food booths, live entertainment, strolling musicians, street performers, jazz music, dancing, costume contests and the crowning of the Mardi Gras King and Queen.

A cocktail reception and registration will kick off the festivities at 6:00 p.m. at di Sciacca. The Mardi Gras Parade runs from di Sciacca to the Crowne Plaza San Marcos Resort at approximately 7:30 p.m. The Crowne Plaza San Marcos Resort is also hosting a dinner, costume contest, music and casino night from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m.

Ticket prices are $100 for VIP, which includes a reserved seat, food and beverages and $75 for regular admission, including food and beverage.
