Mid-Atlantic Star Party

A congenial gathering of astronomers, photographers, scientists and other night owls convened in a dark park under clear skies for the purpose of looking up. The event has attracted amateur astronomers to the dark skies of central NC for many years. MASP has become one of the astronomy gatherings to attend in the Eastern US due to its central location, dark skies, quality speakers, professional vendors, and Southern hospitality.
