The MLK Community Festival Will Be Held @ The Humble Civic Center Beginning @ 1:00 PM On Both Days Featuring Culturally Diverse Performing Groups And Artists, Arts & Crafts, Ethnic Foods, Displays, And Special Performances By The Prairie View A & M Marching Band And The Talladega College Marching Band.
