The East Liverpool Museum of Ceramics houses an extensive collection of wares produced by America’s Crockery City. Related displays on the social, political, and economic history of this town show the impact of the ceramic industry on the community.
Located in the former city post office, the museum is a graphic example of adaptive use of old buildings. Museum exhibits include dioramas depicting pottery making and a video on the history of the pottery industry. Visitors interested in Ohio’s pottery will truly enjoy their time at the Museum of Ceramics in East Liverpool!
