Music MAYnia & More

The Broken Bow Theatrical Society will present the first ever Music MAYnia and More festival from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the amphitheater at Beavers Bend State Park. A variety of the arts will be represented through live music, theater and art. During the all day festival, bands, solo acts, and actors will perform on the amphitheater stage. The special guests will be the Ladies of the Salty Kiss, a Renaissance comedy troupe with a pirate twist. During the day the ladies will be showcasing a living history pirate camp for visitors to explore. Artists from around the state will showcase their original artwork plus there will be demonstrations of Celtic calligraphy. Storytellers will be on hand to tell humorous stories from long ago. And what is a festival without a dance troupe? Celtic/Irish dancers will perform as well. The day is full of something to interest everyone in the family.
