Music On The Lawn

The outdoor summer concert is a cherished piece of Americana – and it’s going strong at the Deere-Wiman House! Custom-made for local children, our Music on the Lawn Series offers a unique opportunity to picnic and enjoy live music in a family-friendly environment.

Day-time concerts held in June and July are open to children and staff at Quad City daycare centers and homecare operations, and are available by reservation only to ensure adequate accommodations. An evening Family Concert in July is open to the public. There is no charge for admission; those who attend should bring blankets or lawn chairs, and picnic suppers are allowed.

The concerts are held on the lawn, nestled between the gardens and the historic Deere-Wiman House.
