The Mystic Music Festival was created in the fall of 2008 by a collection of fraternity brothers at Texas State University. Originally planning for a fall social, the idea of using live entertainment blossomed into an event that would showcase and support the local talents of artisans and musicians in the greater San Marcos area. Location: LBJ Student Center- Texas State University, 109 Student Center Dr. 5:00-11:00 p.m.
