National Trails Day is the day to recognize the value of recreational trails throughout the USA. Millwood State Park has two nature trails that offer great opportunities for viewing wildlife. Accompany the park interpreter on a guided hike or take a brochure and go solo. Both trails are level and suitable for varying levels of fitness.
