Old-Fashioned 4th of July Picnic

An old-fashioned picnic on the grounds of this 19th century pioneer homesite. Featuring lawn games, kite making, knot tying demonstrations and more. The public is invited to join the staff and volunteers by wearing a period costume. Bring a blanket and picnic lunch and enjoy the day’s celebration.
