Ottawa Mayor Tree Lighting

Celebrate the holiday season with the lighting of the mayor’s tree. Crafts, sing along to carols, sip on Hot Chocolate, and stand a chance to win a children’s bike. At 5:30 PM, witness the Mayor’s Tree Lighting Ceremony. With all the lights on downtown, this event marks the beginning of the holiday season. Following the ceremony enjoy an appearance from Santa as he makes his way through Ottawa with the OMSA Christmas parade. Saturday following Thanksgiving every November.
