Oxford’s Town BBQ Throwdown

Oxford’s Town BBQ Throwdown….voted Mississippi’s Best Small Festival of the Year by the Mississippi Tourism Association!

Join us for a weekend of food, fun, and festivities as we welcome championship and amateur cookers to the grounds of the Oxford Conference Center for this Memphis Barbecue Network sanctioned event. Teams will be competing for over $20,000 in cash and prizes. In addition to the cook-off, there will be live entertainment, a children’s fun area, chances to taste the competition BBQ in the AT&T People’s Choice, Y’all Magazine Sweet Tea Challenge, and so much more. Proceeds from the event will benefit the United Way of Oxford and the Oxford Convention and Visitors Bureau.
