Heybale feature Redd Volkaert (Grammy Award winning guitarist for Merle Haggard and Johnny Paycheck), Earle Poole Ball (who has played with Johnny Cash and Gram Parsons), vocalist supreme Gary Claxton, Tom Lewis (toured and recorded with Junior Brown and Johnny Bush) and Kevin Smith (played with Ronnie Dawson and Brian Setzer).
