Small family/community festival with an evening pasta dinner for athletes and public in the Village Park, music, hot air balloons on Friday. Racing from 3 locations starts at 7 a.m. Saturday. Kids’ healthy activities in the park, food, sports/crafts/arts vendors. Hot air balloons launch at dawn and dusk. Closes 7 p.m.
