Silver & Snowflake Festival of Lights

Nov
21

This magical holiday festival begins on the Capitol grounds at 5:30. The State trees will be lit. The 300 voices of the Carson City 5th Grade Music Students Singing Ensemble and the Carson Middle School Advanced Handbell Choir will contribute the music. A warm feeling envelops the Capitol as families gather to hear children sing and to watch the tree and all of Carson City spring into light. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive in a beautiful vis-a-vis drawn carriage and will give out candy canes.
