Spooktacular Parade

Hundreds of people line the streets of Freehold for annual Halloween costume parade. Prizes awarded in several categories. Cyclists are invited to decorate their bikes for Halloween and ride along in the parade. Trophies awarded to the best bikes. 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm. Sponsored by the Freehold Borough Recreation Commission.
