Stearns Homestead Fall Festival

Celebrate the harvest at Stearns Homestead’s Fall Festival.  The two-day event sponsored by the Parma Area Historical Society features apple fritters and pies, Ohio apples, Ohio apple cider, & pumpkins. Stearns herbs and vinegars, souvenirs and gifts available at the Country Store.

Pony rides, entertainment, and refreshments will be offered each day. Tours of the Gibbs House (1920) and the Stearns House (1855) are scheduled each day. Farm animals will be waiting to be fed.

Stearns Farm is owned by the City of Parma and operated by the Parma Area Historical Society. The site was placed on the National Register in 1981 and an Ohio Historic Marker was dedicated in 2001.  Proceeds from events are used to maintain Stearns Homestead as an educational and historic farm.
